The rear suspension is high in some pictures and low in others. I wonder if it is airbagged or something.

I would bet that it lowers to keep the ramp slope at a minimum.

Acording to the owners manual on mine only the manual transmissions should be dinghy towed. The automatic is not recommended to be towed with all four wheels on the ground.
Not that I know much about it it what sort of experience other owners have had, but thought I'd let ya know the official word.

Awwwww bummer. It has been awhile since I looked at the guide. Guess if he wants one the tow dolly will still be used. It’s hard to find a lift equipped vehicle that can be dingy towed. Everything I can find is pretty much a 4x4 (neutral transfer case) van. He’d like to find something small but that means transferring into a Geo Tracker...
